Parking
We have a free private parking lot with 150 spaces, closed at night and accessible at all hours. This parking lot can (like other spaces in our large park) be used as a showroom space to display equipment or vehicles for your event.
Internet
A free wifi network is available on the whole site. This internet connection is available in all our meeting spaces, enhanced by a wired connection.
Technical services
Our technical and logistical team puts its skills (audiovisual and computer) at your disposal and will be able to advise you and accompany you throughout the preparation of your seminar or congress.
For your specific technical needs, our partner Europelec will offer you a complete range of customized services (videoconferencing, translation, sound, visual recording...).
Mobile reception desks
We provide you with a reserved and private space for the reception of your participants (handing over of badges, documents...).
Private park of 6 hectares
Our magnificent 6-hectare park with century-old trees offers you an ideal setting to recharge your batteries in the green, but also for team-building and relaxation activities.
Dispensers and water fountain
We have a water fountain at your disposal as well as vending machines for hot and cold drinks and sweets.
Photographer
An attentive photographer, available throughout your event to highlight and keep track of your key moments. (optional service)
Outdoor activities
Between two seminars, come and relax in our green spaces.
